A systemic failure has occurred throughout the integrated power  system of Central Asia. The accident de-energized many regions of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Currently, measures are being taken to eliminate of emergency. A special commission will be set up to investigate the causes of the accident.
