National Energy Holding: Kazakhstan from September 21 started return of 300 million kWh of electricity to Kyrgyzstan

Following the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 228-r dated June 23, 2020, Electric Power Plants OJSC and the authorized energy company of the Republic of Kazakhstan entered into a contract on the exchange of electrical energy in an approximate volume of up to 300 million kWh. This was reported by the press service of the National Energy Holding.
As part of the exchange of electricity in the period from June to August 2020, the volume of electricity supplied from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan without delay amounted to 300 million kWh.
The Kazakhstani side, from September 21, 2020, began returning the previously received equivalent volume of electricity to the Kyrgyz Republic.
