Council awards
The honorary title "Honored Power Engineer of the CIS" is an award of the CIS Electric Power Council, which is awarded to workers, specialists, heads of energy enterprises, organizations and institutions with at least 10 years of experience in the energy sector for their significant contribution to the development of integration processes in the energy sector of the Commonwealth of Independent States member states.

The Certificate of Merit of the CIS Electric Power Council is an incentive for a significant contribution to the development of integration processes in the energy field of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Certificate of Merit is awarded to organizations and institutions; workers, specialists, heads of energy enterprises, organizations and institutions of the CIS member states with at least 5 years of experience in the energy sector.
Workers of other industries, international employees of the bodies of the Commonwealth and international energy organizations for their services in solving the problems of the energy industry of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States can also be awarded with Certificate of Merit.
