More than 90% of electric power facilities in Russia are ready for the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021 said Deputy Energy Minister of Russia Yevgeny Grabchak at a roundtable in the Federation Council on preparing the power industry for the period of autumn-winter peak loads.

The 4th meeting of the Working Group on Environment, Energy Efficiency and RES was held on October 1, 2020 in the format of video conference, which was attended by representatives of relevant ministries, electric power companies and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the CIS Executive Committee, of the Interstate Ecological Council of the CIS Member States, EEC EAEU, UNECE, UNESCAP and employees of the EPC CIS Executive Committee.
