At the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of the State Production Association "Belenergo", the results of the work of the organizations of the association for the first half of 2020 were discussed
On August 14, a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of the State Production Association "Belenergo" took place in Minsk. The collegial management of the association is carried out by a permanent body - the Council. The Council Presidium is its collegial operational working body. The Presidium of the Council includes the General Director of the State Production Association "Belenergo" and his deputies, the general directors of republican unitary enterprises - RUE-oblenergo, the general directors of a number of state-owned enterprises.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Energy Viktor Karankevich, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Energy, Gas and Fuel Industry Workers Alexander Zhilko, Chairman of the Republican Public Association of Power Engineers Veterans Nikolai Bulyga.
The meeting was opened by Pavel Drozd, General Director of State Production Association “Belenergo”. In his report, he paid special attention to the issues of meeting the requirements of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 1 of March 11, 2004 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline", the state of labor protection and safety.
The head of the production and technical department of the State Production Association “Belenergo” Tamara Antropova reported on the fulfillment of the key performance indicators brought up by Belenergo for 2020 within the framework of ensuring the implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, the requirements of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 3, technical and economic indicators of the energy system, tasks for energy saving ».
Electricity generation by “Belenergo” sources for the first half of 2020 amounted to 16.73 billion kWh. Electricity consumption amounted to 18.54 billion kWh.
The reports on the results of the first half of the year were made by the deputy general directors of the State Production Association "Belenergo" for the supervised areas and the heads of power supply organizations.
Repairs, construction, replacement of heating and electrical equipment, heat and power grids are carried out according to schedules. Repairs were carried out on 6 power boilers, 4 turbines, 11 hot water boilers and 9 steam boilers. The replacement and construction of heating networks in the amount of 100.073 km in one-pipe calculation was completed. Capital repairs of 5 generators, 1 circuit breaker of voltage class 220-330 kV, complex capital repairs of 23 substations 35-110 kV were carried out. 796.85 km of 0.4-330 kV power transmission lines were put into operation.
The following projects are being implemented::
• Reconstruction of SS 330 kV "Mogilev-330";
• Minsk CHPP-3. Reconstruction of the 14 MPa line;
• Reconstruction of SS-220 kV "Stolbtsy" with transfer to voltage of 330 kV and construction of overhead line 330 kV "Stolbtsy-Baranovichi" (3rd and 4th stages of construction).
For the 1st quarter of 2020, the organizations of the State Production Association "Belenergo" mastered investments in fixed assets in the amount of 865.927 thousand rubles.
Also at the meeting, the issues of organizing work on the implementation of administrative procedures on applications from citizens, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the field of electricity and heat supply and sales were considered.
The meeting participants discussed the progress in preparing energy supply organizations for operation in the autumn-winter period 2020/2021.
Summing up, the Minister of Energy Viktor Karankevich noted the need for timely and high-quality implementation of measures to integrate the Belarusian NPP into the energy system of the Republic of Belarus, the implementation of comprehensive measures to increase power consumption. He noted that at each new stage various difficulties and challenges appear, but power engineers are ready to cope with them.
Closing the meeting, Pavel Drozd, General Director of State Production Association “Belenergo”, thanked the heads and teams of the organizations for the work done and stressed that the key indicators are being met and all conditions have been created for reliable and uninterrupted work.
