By the end of 2020, Kyrgyzstan will import 500 million kWh from Kazakhstan at 2.4 cents per 1 kWh, Vice Prime Minister Ravshan Sabirov said in the Jogorku Kenesh on November 5, reporting on preparations for the autumn and winter period 2020-2021.
“These measures were aimed at accumulating more water in the Toktogul reservoir by next year,” he said.
