Digitalization of the Belarusian energy system facilities is successfully developing
During the implementation of the Belarusian Energy System Automation Integrated Program for 2018-2022, industry enterprises are actively developing the digitalization of energy facilities.
So, in the office of Republican Unit Enterprise RUE “Minskenergo” and its 13 branches, the corporate information accounting system “1C: Enterprise 8” has been introduced. It allows effective accounting and electronic document management in the enterprise.
The project “Automation of the Borisov Rural Distribution Zone” was implemented. The operativ information complex of the dispatch control system “SK-2007” of the central dispatching department of RUE “Minskenergo” was put into operation. Thanks to this system, the accuracy of the information received by the dispatching departments, as well as the accuracy of damage detection, has increased. Significantly reduced the time to restore energy supply to consumers, disrupted due to accidents or natural phenomena.
In addition, automation of 0.4-10 kV distribution networks of the Borisov district of electric networks of the “Borisov Electric Networks” branch was completed. Here, technical means have been introduced that make it possible to control technological processes without the direct human participation, as a result of which the time of faultfinding in electric networks and restore power supply to consumers is reduced. So, if in 2011 the average time for restoration of power supply to consumers was 2 hours 6 minutes, in 2020 it decreased down to 1 hour 10 minutes. Such high results were achieved, among other things, thanks to the introduction of switching devices remote control directly from control centers.
For satellite monitoring of transport the enterprise has created a Unified Geographic Information System based on Azimut-2 software. It became possible to achieve a greater economic effect from its implementation by creating a system based on its own servers with additional equipment for vehicles with fuel flow meters and fuel level sensors. As a result, the cost of paying for services to third-party organizations for monitoring vehicles was reduced, and the consumption of light petroleum products decreased.
Digitalization works at RUE Minskenergo are in progress. The measures are aimed at improving the reliability of supplying consumers with electricity and heat, automating the metering of electricity consumption by household consumers, and optimizing the technological processes for managing the energy system.
