In the Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan commissioned a solar power plant "SES"Zhetysay"
A 4.8 MW solar power plant SES Zhetysay was commissioned to increase the share of clean energy in the Zhetysay district, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
The owner of the power plant is KaDi Company LLP, which implemented the project at its own expense.
During the construction of the power plant, bifunctional two-sided panels with a unit power of 375 W were used using a single-axis fixed-angle morning-evening tracker system. Using a tracker system will increase power plant output by up to 30%.
The project is in line with the green economy policy and contributes to the industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan. The reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere will be about 6048 tons / year. During the implementation of the project, additional jobs were created. Also, it should be noted the inexhaustibility and availability of the source of electricity. The payback period of this project is 7 years.
The planned annual supply to the network is 7219000 kW. Electricity is generated by 12798 solar panels distributed on 158 movable "tables" on 81 solar modules. To convert direct current to alternating current, the power plant provides 4 inverters with a unit capacity of 1250 kW each, combined into a block-modular installation.
