Kyrgyzstan plans to build 19 small hydroelectric power plants, wind power plants and solar power plants this year
This year, construction of 19 small hydropower plants, wind farms and solar power plants is planned in Kyrgyzstan. Mirgul Askarova, head of the renewable energy department of the Ministry of Energy, spoke about this on May 15 at the International Conference on Sustainable Energy in Kyrgyzstan.
It is reported that the construction of 19 small hydroelectric power plants, wind farms and solar power plants with a total capacity of over 239 megawatt-hours is planned.
List of planned objects:
• Bala-Saruu HPP with power production of 25 MWh,
• Leilek HPP with power production of 6 MWh,
• Kyshtut HPP with power production of 1 MWh,
• Kogart HPP with power production of 7 MWh,
• Issyk-Ata HPP with power production of 4 MWh,
• Kyynama-1 HPP with power production of 9.6 MWh,
• Isfayram-1 HPP with power production of 4 MWh,
• Ala-Bashskaya HPP 1 with power production of 4.5 MWh,
• Aksy HPP with power production of 2.6 MWh,
• Tostu HPP with power production of 1 MWh,
• Beles HPP with power production of 0.54 MWh,
• Aigyr Jal HPP with power production of 2.4 MWh,
• Kurak-Tektir with power production of 1.2 MWh,
• Leninpol with power production of 2.3 MWh,
• Buig with power production of 6 MWh,
• CNNE Energy LLC with power production of 2 MWh,
• Metrum TEK (WPP) with power production of 10 MWh,
• Kun-Bulagy SPP with power production of 50 MWh,
• Bishkek Solar SPP with power production of 100 MWh.
