PJSC Inter RAO increased electricity generation by 2.7% in 2022, to 118.3 billion kWh (in 2021 - 115.2 billion kWh), according to the company's annual report.

The increase in generation is due to an increase in the composition of the connected generating equipment from a relatively low base in 2021 and a favorable pricing environment, the report explains.

The supply of thermal energy decreased by 3.3%, to 39.97 thousand Gcal (in 2021 - 41.33 thousand Gcal). The reason was a warmer winter in the regions of presence.

At the same time, the total installed electric capacity of the energy company at the end of 2022 was 27.99 GW (+51 MW), the installed heat capacity was 25.123 thousand Gcal/h (+39 Gcal/h).

At the same time, the installed electric capacity of the energy holding in the Russian Federation is 21.552 GW. During the reporting year, it increased by 0.4%.
