Revenues from electricity exports from the Russian Federation for 7 months fell by more than twice

Revenues from electricity exports from Russia in January-July 2020 decreased by 54.5% compared to the same period in 2019 and amounted to $ 233 million, follows from the materials of the Federal Customs Service (FCS).

The physical volume of electricity exports amounted to 5.845 billion kWh, which is 46.5% less than a year earlier.

In July, electricity exports fell by 43.4% compared to June, to 554.4 million kWh. Electricity export revenues in July amounted to $ 24.3 million (a decrease of 34.5%).
