The EEC and the Moscow Power Engineering Institute signed a cooperation program
On February 27, at the headquarters of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Chairman of the EEC Board Mikhail Myasnikovich and Rector of the Moscow Energy Institute Nikolai Rogalev signed a cooperation program for 2023-2024.
The Head of the EEC Board noted that in recent years, young people in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union have increasingly shown interest in Eurasian economic integration.
“We are building our cooperation with higher educational institutions of the EAEU on a systematic basis,” Mikhail Myasnikovich emphasized. “The Commission and our Union need new, well-trained young personnel and their non-standard ideas, including in the most important energy sector.”
The EEC Minister for Energy and Infrastructure Arzybek Kozhoshev took part in the solemn signing ceremony. According to him, MPEI is a leading Russian university that trains recognized specialists in the field of energy, electrical engineering, radio engineering and electronics for many states in the post-Soviet space and third countries.
The signing of the cooperation program has become a logical continuation of the close cooperation between the Commission and NRU MPEI and, according to Arzybek Kozhoshev, a member of the Board for Energy and Infrastructure, will have a positive impact on the further development of integration processes in the field of energy in the Eurasian economic space.
