The head of OAHK "Barki Tojik" explained the supply of electricity to Uzbekistan by preparing for the work of the unified energy system

The Republic of Tajikistan is engaged in such preparatory work with Kyrgyzstan.

The head of OAHK "Barki Tojik" Mahmadumar Asozoda explained the supply of Tajik electricity to Uzbekistan by the preparation of the power system of Tajikistan for joining the Unified Power System of Central Asia.

According to him, there are certain requirements for the restoration of the parallel operation of the power sector of Tajikistan in the regional system.

M. Asozoda noted that in accordance with these requirements, Tajikistan must supply up to 10 million kWh of electricity per month to Uzbekistan and up to 5 million kWh to Kyrgyzstan.

  He stressed that next month these countries should return the received volumes of electricity to Tajikistan.

He attributed the January deliveries of Tajik electricity to Uzbekistan to such preparatory work.
