The working results of the State Production Association "Belenergo" organizations in the first quarter of 2021 were considered at its Council Presidium Meeting

On May 14, Council Presidium Meeting of the State Production Association “Belenergo” took place in Minsk. The Council is a permanent body that carries out collective leadership of the association. The Presidium of the Council is its operational governing board collegial. The Presidium of the Council consist of  the General Director of the State Production Association "Belenergo" and his deputies, the General Directors of RUE-oblenergo.

Pavel Drozd, General Director of SPA Belenergo, made a presentation on the achievement of the key performance indicators as part of ensuring the accomplishment of the tasks of socio-economic development, technical and economic indicators of the energy system, and tasks for energy saving. In the 1st quarter of 2021, the organizations of the association fulfilled the assigned tasks.

Electricity generation by the capacities of SPA Belenergo amounted to 10.03 billion kWh. Electricity consumption for three months of this year amounted to 10.64 billion kWh.

All repairs, construction, replacement of heating and electrical equipment, heat supply and electricity networks are carried out according to schedules. Repairs of 1 power boiler, 1 hot water boiler, 2 steam boilers and 1 turbine were completed. The replacement and construction of heat supply networks in the amount of 26.4 km in one-pipe calculus was completed. 246.58 km of 0.4-10 kV power transmission lines were commissioned.

For the 1st quarter of 2021, the organizations of the State Production Association "Belenergo" disbursed investment in fixed assets amounted to ₽ 360.7 million.

An increase in the level of collection of funds for energy supplied to consumers in January-March 2021 compared to the same period in 2020 occurred across all RUE-oblenergos.

The general director referred to the main tasks improving efficiency and ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers and eliminating fatalities at work in the organizations of the State Production Association "Belenergo". Also, the priority areas, according to the head of the association, should remain the implementation of work to combat corruption, strengthening production discipline. The need to take actions to improve the reliability of all types of equipment was emphasized.

Heads of power supply organizations and RUE “Belenergostroy” made reports on the results of the 1st quarter.

Summing up the meeting results, Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich noted the positive dynamics in the work of all organizations that make up the State Production Association "Belenergo" and thanked everyone for the work done.

Closing the meeting, Pavel Drozd, General Director of the State Production Association Belenergo, also thanked heads and stuff of organizations for the work done and stressed the importance of fulfilling the assigned tasks.
